Doug Colquitt is the founder and Managing Partner of STNL Capital.  He has a history of buying real estate through sale-leasebacks and managing large net lease portfolios

Prior to launching STNL Capital, he worked with a national net lease fund as its Director of Real Estate where he oversaw all acquisitions, dispositions and property management.  He was a key member of the executive team and integral in the growth of a large diversified single tenant net lease retail fund which ultimately went public.  

Prior to that, he worked with a national single tenant net lease development business.  Although he has most recently specialized in net lease retail, his investment experience covers all real estate product types.  

He spent more than a decade at the GE Franchise Finance and GE Real Estate divisions of GE Capital, and it was here he gained deep domain expertise in real estate investments, horizontal and vertical development, JV Partnerships, debt, equity, property and asset management.
